Stan Wydmanski

Managing Director / Principal Engineer

Alongside a comprehensive knowledge of the design process from concept through to construction, Stan brings over 30 years of experience in a wide range of engineering activities to the Prospect team.

He has completed engineering and economic studies, from pre-feasibility to bankable feasibility status; design optimisation, detailed engineering and design; plant construction and commissioning.

Stan is accomplished in leading design teams with the objectives of professional, cost effective investigations and engineering design; including preparation of construction packages and project supervision.

He offers effective interaction with clients and successful application of job management skills to control project programmes, finances and resourcing.

His additional competency in developing project scope, engineering estimates, capital cost estimates, preparation of specifications, capital submission and report preparation make Stan a valuable asset. He also has considerable experience in design delivery as well as business development and the preparation of proposals.

Having founded and grown the company to its present success, Stan has acquired extensive experience in setting up a new engineering office, recruiting suitable staff, and day to day operation of the business.

Rob Bien

Director / Project, Design & Systems Engineer

With a background in both Engineering Design and Information Technology, Rob is able to apply a variety of skills to enhance project delivery. He brings 20 years of solid design exposure being involved in engineering drafting, design and co-ordination.

Rob has a passion and flair for design systems. Applying his skills and experience he is able to improve and adapt systems to meet project requirements. Having beneficial systems means we can deliver efficiently whilst maintaining the highest quality.

His substantial experience in multiple roles, along with qualifications in Engineering, IT and Project Management enable Rob to be flexible and fill many roles on a project. From co-ordination level, to layout work, through to detailed design he is able to add value where required.

He displays the utmost professionalism, has effective communication and time management skills, enabling him to fulfil lead and co-ordination roles successfully.

Cary Glue

Drafting Office Manager / Principal Designer

Possessing over 25 years of professional engineering drafting and design experience, Cary has worked on a wide range of engineering projects.

His experience includes structural detail design of mining process and material handling structures, heavy commercial / industrial buildings, bridges and telecommunication structures. Throughout these projects Cary has displayed a detailed knowledge of structural steelwork, reinforced concrete, precast concrete, reinforced masonry and even shop fabrication drawings.

Having been continuously employed in various 3D structural modelling projects since 2004, Cary places an emphasis on maximising the benefits of 3D software, systems and procedures to deliver the most efficient ‘Engineering Design Phase’ for a project.

Cary takes pride in his work, has a practical approach and an eye for detail; this ensures the design takes the best shape possible and ultimately delivers the highest quality outcome for the project.

In addition, he also has exposure to a wide array of design software, including but not limited to Bentley AutoPlant Design (ProSteel), AutoCAD, Microstation, MultiCAD, and Quikdraw.
