Stan Wydmanski — Managing Director / Principal Engineer

Alongside a comprehensive knowledge of the design process from concept through to construction, Stan brings over 30 years of experience in a wide range of engineering activities to the Prospect team. He has completed engineering and economic studies, from pre-feasibility to bankable feasibility status; design optimisation, detailed engineering and design; plant construction and commissioning. Stan is accomplished in leading design teams with the objectives of professional, cost effective investigations and engineering design; including preparation of construction packages and project supervision. He offers effective interaction with clients and successful application of job management skills to control project programmes, finances and resourcing. His additional competency in developing project scope, engineering estimates, capital cost estimates, preparation of specifications, capital submission and report preparation make Stan a valuable asset. He also has considerable experience in design delivery as well as business development and the preparation of proposals. Having founded and grown the company to its present success, Stan has acquired extensive experience in setting up a new engineering office, recruiting suitable staff, and day to day operation of the business.
