Alongside a comprehensive knowledge of the interdisciplinary engineering design process from concept through to construction, Stan brings over 30 years of experience in a wide range of engineering activities in project delivery to the Prospect team.
His experience is based on many successfully delivered mining projects and a variety of completed feasibility studies and engineering designs, including detailed engineering, design optimisation, plant construction and commissioning.
Stan is accomplished in leading design teams driven by the objectives of professional, cost effective investigations and engineering design, including preparation of construction packages and supervision of project delivery.
He offers effective interaction with clients and successfully applies job management skills to control tight project programmes, finances and resourcing.
His core competencies in developing project scopes, engineering estimates, capital cost estimates, preparation of specifications, capital submissions and report preparations make Stan a valuable asset. He also has considerable experience in the successful delivery of designs as well as the preparation of proposals and business development.
Having founded and grown the company to its present success, Stan has acquired extensive experience in setting up a new engineering office, recruiting qualified staff, and day to day operation of the business. With his solid understanding of a multi-faceted business operations and strong financial acumen, Stan is focused on implementing company policy with the aims of business growth, profits and increasing shareholder return.
